Shower drains from Carrodrain are easy to clean

All shower drains from Carrodrain have an easily removable siphon.

Carrodrain not only focuses on the appearance of its shower drains but also on ease of use in its design. Thanks to Carrodrain's new, patented lifting system, the maintenance of the shower drain is now even easier. The lifting mechanism makes it surprisingly simple to remove the siphon. Using a clever lever effect, the siphon pushes itself out of the narrow grate opening.

A nice detail: the new siphon with the lifting system also fits older models (from 2018 onwards), allowing you to easily upgrade them.

After removing the grate from the shower drain with the multi-key, you can also remove the siphon from the installation part. Remove visible hairs and soap residue from the hair filter with a hook or brush and rinse it. Reinstall the siphon into the drain, press it down completely, fill the trap with water, and replace the grate.
