Refund policy

When you purchase goods on our webshop, you have the right, for 14 calender days from delivery or from the conclusion of the agreement, to decide that you do not wish to keep the goods.

You can then return your order without paying a penalty and without giving a reason (you bear the costs of this yourself).  Within 14 calender days after we have received your order back, or after you have indicated that you wish to withdraw from the agreement, we will refund the full purchase amount using the same payement method you used.

The direct costs of returning the shower drains are therefore for your account.  Carrodrain will indicate the cost of this provide an estimate if it cannot reasonably be calculated in advance.

We will withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

The refund will be made after we have received the returned goods and checked them for condition, completeness and any reduction in value, or after you have shown that the goods have been returned, whichever takes place first.

Return Policy

To request a return, fill in the PDF form and email it to orders@carrodrain.be.  We will then provide you with the information you need to return te package.

Our design shower drains can be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging.

If the goods we delivered were damaged during transport, you must report this within 7 calender days of receipt and, after confirmation, return the items to us within 14 calender days.

Every return must be made with adequate protection: bubble wrap, protective corners around the box, and/or an outer box to protect the product as much as possible during transport.

You can return your return package by post or courier.
