Shipping policy

All goods you purchase will be delivered to the delivery address you provide.

If an article is in stock, it will be delivered to your delivery address in 1 to 4 business days.
Carrodrain Shower Drain Design will inform you about the delivery time in your order confirmation.

Delivery times : 
Belgium : delivery within 1 business day
Netherlands : 1 to 2 business days
France, Germany, Spain, Italy... : 3 to 4 business days


You always receive a tracking code to track your package.


If we are unable to deliver on time, we will always notify you before the scheduled delivery date. If we fail to do so, you may cancel your order free of charge. In that case we will refund you at the latest within 30 days of cancellation.

Transport
Carrodrain shipments are always at our risk.  You therefore do not need to worry about goods getting lost in the post.
However, if you return goods to us within 14 days of purchase because you would prefer not to keep them, you are responsible for the transport yourself.

Carrodrain cannot be held liable for any consequential damage due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company.  In such cases, our liability remains limited to the value of the items shown not to have been received by the customer.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Carrodrain places great importance on the reuse and recycling of materials.  That is why we operate largely waste-free.  Our waste streams consist of recyclable materials that are also reused in production.

All packaging material used by Carrodrain is made from recycled material.
